By accessing or using the services provided by Polygon Works ("us," "we," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Polygon Works offers digital assets for use in Roblox, including but not limited to maps, scripts, buildings. These assets are for personal, non-commercial use within the Roblox platform.

3. Account Registration

To be able to buy products/resources, you might need to create an account on the websites we sell on. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Purchases

All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, there are no refunds.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

5. Intellectual Property

All assets sold through Polygon Works are owned by us or our licensors. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these assets within the Roblox for personal use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit our assets beyond the permitted use in Roblox.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Polygon Works, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
